Development of 39.7 acres of land at Suisun Valley Road and Business Center Drive involving two commercial buildings, two drive-through restaurants, a service station, a car wash, 40 townhomes, 167 single-family residences and an electronic freeway sign as part of Phase I.  Two hotels are proposed for a future Part II. Proposed Tentative Subdivision Map to create 195 lots throughout the development.

Ghirardelli has been selected as the municipal engineering consultant for the City of Fairfield, tasked with providing professional engineering services. These services include entitlement and building permit plan reviews, on- and off-site development evaluations, and reviews of utilities, grading, landscaping, and stormwater plans. Additionally, our responsibilities include examining reports, studies, specifications, proposals, and other project-related documents to render informed decisions.
