As part of the CP 4 High-Speed Rail Project, Ghirardelli Associates played a key role in advancing this 22-mile corridor. Embedded within the Independent Site Engineering (ISE) team of the Project and Construction Management group, Ghirardelli provided expert consulting, construction inspection, and engineering support. By coordinating with multiple stakeholders, streamlining workflows, and maintaining rigorous documentation, our team provided oversight for the complex civil construction work, including grading, viaducts, overpasses, roadways, and utility relocations, ensuring it proceeded efficiently and effectively. By blending technical expertise with strategic program support, Ghirardelli Associates helped the Authority advance California’s high-speed rail vision with precision, accountability, and measurable impact.
