Ghirardelli has supported the City of Mountain House with a variety of program management, construction management, and inspection services for all off-site and on-site civil improvements associated with their private developments. Ghirardelli’s responsibilities cover a spectrum of tasks, including managing subdivision enhancements, irrigation canals, detention basins, flood control measures, roadways, traffic signals, parks, underground utilities, including sewer systems, water, and more. This encompasses submittal reviews, inspections, daily reporting, change orders, punch lists, and overall project support, as well as coordination with permitting agencies and stakeholders.

• Neighborhood K & J Project extends Central Parkway and Great Valley Parkway arterials, constructing an 18-acre park, preserving 41 acres of wetlands, and developing 2,070 residential units on a 797-acre site. Also includes new pump house, restroom, maintenance facilities, drainage, detention basins, storm drain, utilities, sidewalks, curbs, ADA compliant ramps, landscaping, roadway/bike lanes, street lighting, and signalized intersections.
• Neighborhood G Creekside Tract is a new master-planned community featuring single-family and duplex-style residences. Includes underground utilities, concrete improvements, ADA compliant features, landscaping, roadway, lighting, and retaining/soundwalls.
• Aviara Apartments involved off-site and on-site civil improvements for the extension of underground utilities to the project, intersection signal improvements, new concrete improvements, sidewalks, curb and gutter and landscaping.
