We are proud to announce that Ghirardelli Associates has been ranked #54 on the 2020 Engineering News-Record’s (ENR) Top 100 list under the category for Top 100 Construction Management-for-Fee Firms! This is the second year in a row Ghirardelli has achieved this accomplishment, moving up to the #54 spot from our #55 ranking last year.
ENR performs annual surveys of its key segments, and ranks companies engaged in general contracting, specialty contracting, engineering, architecture and environmental services, among other specialties. The rankings, based on annual revenue at home and abroad, are further divided into specific market categories. The top lists are published in ENR’s Sourcebook that serves as the publication’s directory of the largest professional service and construction firms by market sector.
Companies in the “Top 100 Construction Management-for-Fee Firms” category are ranked based on total 2019 revenue in millions for construction-management or project/ program-management services performed as a professional service for a fee.
