|Tim Flint – APWA Southern Chapter|
|Tim Flint was a presenter at the APWA Southern Chapter event. Below is a brief statement provided by Tim in regards to this project: “Ghirardelli Associates oversaw the construction of a $3.5M stormwater detention and infiltration system for the City of Anaheim at Modjeska Park. This system, designed by Cannon Corporation, intercepted a 48″ storm drain line and diverted the flow through a trash capture feature and desilting pretreatment chamber before ultimately entering a 2M gallon pre-cast concrete detention chamber that allows the stormwater time to infiltrate into the ground. This infiltration process will help recharge Anaheim’s groundwater aquifers for generations to come.”|
