Project requirements: Provide management, inspection, and occasional secretarial services for the construction of capital improvement projects for Fiscal Year 02/03. Services will include oversight of services to be provided by design engineers and construction contractors for street, park, drainage, and building facilities.

Ghirardelli Associates provided inspection services on this citywide project to repair the sidewalks and install handicap ramps at various locations throughout the city. Work included traffic control, removal of concrete, grading, and placement of concrete to match existing adjacent areas. Extensive public contact was required to insure the contractor's work did not impede public access to resident's homes and businesses. The Ghirardelli Associates team was also the contract administration for this project, tracking quantities, negotiating change orders and providing ongoing project status to the city engineer.
